About me

Education

I graduated from the University of Silesia in Katowice with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Work Psychology. In the course of postgraduate education, I obtained the title of a Certified Specialist in Addiction Therapy and a Certified Psychotherapist of the Polish Psychiatric Association. Then, after completing the specialization program of the Ministry of Health in the field of clinical psychology, I obtained the title of a Certified Clinical Psychology Specialist. I have been a PTP Applicant Supervisor since 2019.

Experience

I have many years of professional experience in conducting the diagnosis process, as well as individual and group therapy. I am a member of the Polish Psychiatric Association and the European Association for Psychotherapy. I work in accordance with the principles of ethics and regularly participate in individual supervision and groups.

Consultation

Consultation for therapy – includes the first few meetings in order to gather information necessary to make a diagnosis, set goals for psychotherapy and conclude a contract regulating the nature and conditions of cooperation in therapy. These sessions offer the opportunity to get to know each other and style of working.
Duration: 45-60 minutes.

Individual therapy

Individual therapy sessions – these are meetings at least once a week in order to work on the material presented by the client, i.e. the analysis of current issues, past events, dreams and emotions related to the therapeutic relationship, etc. During the sessions, we especially focus on the manifestations of the unconscious in the analyzed material.
Duration: 45 min.
Cost: from PLN 140

Individual therapy sessions in foreign languages – I conduct therapy sessions in English and Italian.
Duration: 45 min.
Cost: from PLN 160.

Online individual therapy session – for people who can benefit from this form of therapy, I offer sessions via Skype.
Duration: 45 min.
Cost: from PLN 140 or from PLN 160 a session in a foreign language

Supervision

Individual supervision – I offer supervision for professionals. I issue certificates to psychotherapists during the certification process.
Duration: 60 min
Cost: from PLN 140

Group supervision these are meetings once a month in a group of 5-8 people carried out online on the Zoom platform or in direct contact.
Duration: 3x 45 min.

Cost: from PLN 40/60 min.

At the moment, I provide therapy only online.
